Called in and got a fast estimate appointment with the office manager, met with Dan who came and provided me with a reasonable priced estimate. He was very informative and answered all my questions in a way that made me feel confident in their line of work. Work was scheduled quickly like not even 3 days later i had the technician Eddie and Carlos out and they were amazing guys who obviously know what they are doing. They worked quickly and made sure to show me everything before they left and even cleaned up after themselves which is good cause I've had services from other companies and they always leave a mess. I would definitely recommend Sir Grout to everyone I know! Thank you so much.

I called Sir Grout because water was leaking when we showered. They were courteous and were able to come to assess the situation pretty quickly. The worker was also professional and efficient. When we found that not all of the leakage had stopped, the owner came out to inspect and touch up the work within days, which we greatly appreciated. So far, no leaks.

Today I met with James to obtain an estimate on painting and cleaning my floor which appeared dirty. He told me that my floors were in fact not dirty but that the previous owner preferred a darker grout color which was consistent through the entire floor. He basically suggested just to get it cleaned with a mop. Very honest!

I recently had my bathroom done by Sir Grout and I am amazed by the work they did. Before my shower and floor were so bad, I thought I had to just have everything replaced to make it look new again but they sent me Chris who was the technician, he was very smart and explained to me a lot of things I didn't even know about showers and floors. He was a great worker and had everything looking like a whole new bathroom in no time. I'm glad i called Sir Grout they were a bit pricey but well worth the money spent and getting the work done fast and in less than a day was real convenient for me. We had our master bathroom and kitchen grout cleaned and covered by Sir Grout about 5 months ago and it looks great! Just like new again. This place has excellent customer service as well.

These guys were fantastic! Apparently I had silicone seal issues in my limestone shower that my tenants didn't mention (for five years!). The shower, niches and floor all needed a deep thorough cleaning. It was incredible, Looked fantastic! My porcelain tile floor in the kitchen looked brand new when they were done. Not only did I recommend them to my real estate agent, but I also want to bring them into my home to clean our tile and grout there. Not cheap, but neither was the tile I installed, so it was sooooo well worth it!

This company was great. Both people I dealt with (the estimator and Carlos) were very personable and professional. The work was done quickly but expertly. Carlos also fixed grout and sealed the floor though that wasn't part of the original work order. I highly recommend them.
