Sir Grout came out and gave me an estimate for the work and we spent quite a bit of time making sure that the grout and calking materials would match. OK let me just tell you, this place is awesome. We just bought a new home and needed our master shower spruced up. The limestone was discolored and the grout needed some touching up. They came and gave a free estimate. My husband said the guy was really nice and helpful. Didn't feel like he was trying to take advantage of us, which is common in this industry. Just like cars, ya know. It's not cheap when you have these issues, but once we had the estimate, Dan worked with me via email to schedule an appointment. Which for me, is great because it's difficult for me to make calls during the day due to my schedule. We were able to schedule the two days they needed. They came, they fixed, they rock. Our shower looks brand new. It's amazing. I would highly recommend these people for any work like this. Amazing!
It is shocking the transformation. I feel like I have new tiles. I really didn't expect this good of result. Some of it is the product for sure but I do believe a lot of it is the care that Jasmin put into doing a good job.
Our shower had white grout which was very hard to keep clean-looking. Sir Grout came and stained it grey to match the other tile in the bathroom. It looks fantastic and Carlos, our technician, was very nice and extremely helpful. Shower looks better than it did brand new.
We hired Sir Grout for our marble foyer and hallway. Before that, Dan came out at least twice (maybe three times), the last time with the technician, Jasmin, for the final estimate. When the deal was done and scheduled, Jasmin came out and did the job. Truly he made the floor look like it was brand new! Before it looked horrible. The job was two days, but even after the first day, it was like night and day. Admittedly, this may have been a little pricier, but if you read any of my other reviews the basic message is this "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR". We do not regret what we paid for this service. Sir Grout turned our floors from horrible into beautiful!
Cleaned, polished and grout floors. The technician, Chris, was very detailed and professional. Its not a big hallway and the bathroom floor is very small but the whole job took 3.5 hours so i felt like he took his time and knew what he was doing. I had a few email and phone conversations with Mary regarding the schedule, and she was very easy to deal with. Project was just completed and I am happy with the results.
Sean did an excellent job in refinishing our old tub. It looks like new!
