I just had epoxy grout applied to two shower/tub enclosures by Jonathan. This morning, Jonathan was very nice and courteous. He called when he arrived, did a walk-through, reviewed what he was planning to do, got everything completed quickly, covered his shoes when indoors, cleaned up everything very nicely, reviewed what he did once completed, and gave us advice on how long to let things dry, etc.

Great service. We would be happy to have him perform these or other services for us again in the future.

I'm extremely pleased with the work from Sir Grout, I was sold when they actually came out to look at my issues that I was having with my tile and grout in my bathrooms. The customer service from Marissa and Justin (the guy that came out to look at everything) was superb, and I like how they both took their time in explaining the entire process, the expectations, following up and sending confirmation emails pertaining to service date.

Also, major kudos to Eddie and Tim who made my bathrooms look fantastic and brand new! While working, I was able to ask them questions about the issues with my tile and grout and was very pleased with their explanation and how knowledgeable they are pertaining to the work they do. Working with Sir Grout was extremely easy, and I am very pleased with the work they did. The process was as simple as setting up an appointment online and having a quick video call with someone a couple of days later. Another couple days after that, someone was at my house and my bathroom was transformed a few hours later. Our technician Jonathan was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained the work he was doing and gave us pointers for how to keep everything in good shape moving forward.

Jonathan and Sir Grout did an excellent job cleaning the grout and replacing the damaged caulk in our shower. We will definitely have them back for a grout cleaning project in our second bathroom.
