Sir Grout was recommended to us by our contractor. We were getting our property ready to sell and my only regret is not doing the work to our bathroom so we could have enjoyed it ourselves. The first week of December Ann came to my house to do an estimate. It was for caulking and re grouting the tiles on the tub as well as the floors in 4 bathrooms. She was on time, knowledgeable, and nice. I agreed to the price and we scheduled for the next week. Since I was doing 2 full bathrooms, a half bath, and vanity room, we scheduled 2 visits 3 days apart so we'd have use of one bathroom while the other was curing. Both of the men that came to do the work were on time and courteous. They worked 8 hours and 10 hours straight through. Hard work to do and very impressive. They cleaned the work areas and, most importantly, the bathrooms look great. They are not cheap. They did a first class job and you get what you pay for. I highly recommend them.

The team from Sir Grout was fantastic. Anna came out and looked at all of the work we needed completed and then we scheduled, the crew was on time, extremely neat and clean, did a great job and when there was an area that needed to be retouched came out the next day and completed. A very satisfied experience. I would recommend them and use them again.

I used Sir Grout to hone and polish my marble counter-tops. When doing research and seeking quotes, they were the only ones that wanted to come to the house and look at the counter-tops in person. This tell me they are thorough and professional. They arrived on time, actually a little early, explained the whole process to me and answered all of my questions. Once I called to book, they were able to schedule me within the same week. The worker who actually did the work was extremely professional and did great work. I would recommend them and certainly would use them again.
