Had Jasmin and Jon out from Sir Grout today to clean my master bath marble shower, floor and countertop. They cleaned the tile and the grout and it makes a huge difference looks gorgeous! Excellent customer service, they were prompt, polite (took their shoes off and completely cleaned up after themselves) and explained everything thoroughly. Would highly recommend Sir Grout!

Eddie and Jonathan were professional and very courteous, and I would definitely recommend their services. In the bathroom, they cleaned and color sealed the floor and bathroom shower grout and made them look like new condition. The Sir Grout team delivered first class work in re-grouting a large shower for me. From the time I called to when Ann came to my home for an estimate was only two days. Ann is lovely, great to talk with, knowledgeable, clear in walking you through the repairs that are required and options available. Only two days after that, the team was at my home to do the work. James and Chris did an awesome job! The shower looks brand new thanks to their thorough professionalism. The entire area was cleaned by the team after the job was complete. I highly recommend Sir Grout.

I had 4 baths in rental units that the grout was cracking and mold was growing. I tried doing myself. What a mistake. I called Sir Grout and they could not have been nicer. They sent someone out for a quote and I was able to schedule right away. The person they sent was quick and the job looked so professional. I was able to rent the condo right away. It made a big difference. I will always use Sir Grout. I may try their floor services, and thin tiles services too in the future. Great company, great work, great people.

We had 4 bathrooms in 2 rentals which were in need of new grout around tubs and showers. There was mold too. I had tried myself to take off old grout and regrout. What a mess. I needed someone who knew what they were doing. I called Sir Grout and we set an appointment right away. The person they sent worked fast, and it looked so clean and professional when he was done. I will use them again for sure. I liked their detailed quote too which allowed me to pick which services I wanted done. I am going to try them for floor polishing too. Great company and nice people.

I have the best experience I think I have ever had with a professional company such as Sir Grout. showed up on time, very courteous and respectful to my condo having hardwood floor. Jasmin reviewed the quote and made some recommended changes/upgrades that he felt would make the marble look even better. He was not trying to sell, he was just providing his professional opinion based on what he was seeing during his initial inspection. I of course upgraded to his recommendations and could not be happier. Definitely a 5+ star experience, and will be using them again in the future.
