It's been about 5 years since Sir Grout cleaned and sealed my kitchen and bathroom floor grout. When I bought my condo the grout was pretty grimy looking. The transformation was miraculous and the results have withstood the test of time. I recall the pricing to be pretty reasonable - a great value given how long it's lasted. Highly recommended!
We needed some grout and title work done in our master bath so we called Sir Grout. Ann, the woman that comes to do the estimate, is just such a pleasure. Eddie V. came out to do the work and it looks gorgeous. Both Ann and Eddie were extremely courteous and tolerated our very friendly, large dogs. There were some challenges in our bathroom once they started working but they honored the original quote and found a quick solution.
They made my tile counter top look like new! They replaced chipped and cracked tiles, regrouted and sealed. I had a minor complaint with a couple of spots of grouting and they came right back to fix them. Friendly, professional, efficient service from the gal who answered the phone to the owner and tech who came out!
Sir Grout was easy to schedule, on-time, clean and did a nice job getting the mold out of my silicone, fixing some holes in the silicone and putting on a new shower door sweep.
We moved into a house with a lot of marble in our foyer and master bathroom. Dan and his crew were amazing. It was a very large job. They had to get rid of the scratches on the marble and had to grout everything. They were extremely meticulous in what they were doing and because some of it was in high traffic areas, we had to stage the job. They took great detail and time to get the job done right. Even after the job was done, they came back as many times as necessary to make sure that we were extremely satisfied.
Sir Grout did a fabulous job restoring grout and deep cleaning shower tile in both my bathrooms. I had out-of-town company and when they arrived, they thought I had redone my bathrooms. Both showers really did look like they had been totally redone as the tile was sparkling. The individual that performed the services required was very polite and professional and, as stated above, did a fantastic job. I will continue to use Sir Grout when necessary and have referred them to several friends.

The estimated time was 2-3 hours. 30 minutes later he was done and it looks fantastic. Sir Grout will be here next Saturday to do our Master bathroom shower. I can caulk and grout - but Sir Grout made it look great in an 1/8th of the time it would take me to do it.
The job went well, The worker showed up on time and completed the job with the single visit. After about 6 months, there was one very small area that had mildew. My guess is that the spot was missed. Dan sent me an email in July asking if I was satisfied with the job. Overall, I was satisfied since the grout looked as good as new except for the small area I mentioned above. A few days after I sent my reply, I received a call from Sir Grout asking to schedule a touch-up visit. This worker also showed up on time and was able to complete the touch-up in about 10 minutes. This was covered under warranty/no charge. I'm very impressed with the level of service provided by Sir Grout and wish I had engaged them originally. I highly recommend them.
We had Sir Grout restore our natural stone steam shower yesterday and the entire process was fantastic. From the estimate to the job itself, they really listened to our concerns, worked within our budget and were very open and honest in their communication. We had a scheduling issue arise with an unexpected health emergency and needed to reschedule our appointment last minute. They were extremely kind and accommodating and did not hesitate to help us. Jasmin was the technician who completed the job and he was AMAZING. He clearly is very good at his job and knows these surfaces very well. He gave us many good maintenance tips and made sure we were satisfied 100% before leaving. I would use Sir Grout again in a heartbeat. I love our shower again!
