We had Sir Grout out to repair & resurface 1 counter and then resurface 2 countertops in a home we just purchased. They are all carrara marble; one in our master bathroom, one very large counter in our kitchen and then another large counter on our wet bar in our basement. They did a really good job for a pretty decent price. We had to repair a crack in our basement bar counter after it was cracked in half during a rehab project. The repair looks like a seam now. After the project was completed, it was only about a week before it was ruined from someone putting a large container of vinegar on the kitchen counter. Arrrgggh!! I could have screamed! To see this big ring on our newly refinished marble was infuriating but Dan came right out to fix it again for a nominal fee. We are quite pleased with the results, even though we have another etched ring on the counter again. Big thanks to Dan who offered to come out a third time to refinish it. Once we decide to refinish it we'll definitely call Sir Grout again.

Ann came and did an analysis of the shower. Filled out a detailed invoice. Chris showed up a couple weeks later and did every thing to perfection. No extra cost, just perfect.

It took a few tries but in the end I'm very pleased with the final result of my shower. They matched the color of the calk perfectly and my shower looks great.

We never liked staying on the first floor due to the dirty grout lines. After they are done with cleaning and changing the color of the grout lines, the room feels clean and welcoming. The two young men were nice and did a good job.

From the initial estimate to the finish of the job Sir Grout was really great. Ann Pozdol came out one evening to do the estimate and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. She gave an honest assessment of what needed to be done. The grout on our main bathroom floor had come up and the caulking in the shower was completely cracked, also mold was in the grout of the shower/bath walls. The price seemed a little high to me, but I have never had work like this done. I did some research and it looks like the price was pretty standard. Also, it is under warranty for a year so that is great. Eddie came out and did the work with another man. Both were very polite and professional and the bathroom looked really great afterwards. They really took the time to make sure the grout was the right color and match. The caulking sagged slightly after 24 hours and I called Sir Grout and they came out and fixed it. Eddie was very helpful and even had a lot of tips for taking care of my file in the future. It was an education in addition to lovely work getting done. I would definitely hire them again.

Great! They arrived when they said they would. Did the work very professionally and in a timely manner. They cleaned up nicely behind themselves. A few days after they finished, my wife and I noticed that the foyer floor was not as highly polished as previously. When I brought it to Dans' attention he explained they typically polish marble to about 80% of it's luster unless the customer asks for it to be very highly polished. We did want it highly polished. Within a couple of days Dan sent Alex out who polished it up to our satisfaction. There was no additional charge. While I wish we did not have to have the extra service call, in my opinion, it is instructive in how Dan handles customer service and misunderstandings. He is the kind of person I prefer to do business with. I cannot too highly recommend Dan, the owner and Alex, the tech.
