Everything went great. They were able to complete all of this work in one day. The owner, Dan Lundstedt, was on site working and supervising the crew. The results were fantastic and it was less expensive than replacing the sinks and marble in my house. My guest bath especially had a lot of marble that became dulled over time with use. It all is shiny and helped improve the appearance of the room. Also, the cleaning and sealing of the tile in my master bath restored the tile to its original condition after 8 years of use. What most impressed me was Dan checking in after about a month to see how the work was holding up. I mentioned that there was one area that needed some touch up, and he sent someone within two weeks at no charge to take care of it. I would definitely recommend Sir Grout for their work and quality.

I've used Sir Grout for two projects, shower tile cleaning in our condo and grout repair in our single family. The shower turned out fabulous and was looking brand new for the renters! The grout repair has been an ongoing issue due to poor construction and the house shifting after our gut rehab, but Sir Grout has come out 3 times now to fix the grout even though it's not their fault the grout is cracking and have only charged me for the original repair. The owner sent out an email recently to check on the work and make sure everything was looking good. When I told him we had a few more grout spots to be fixed he had a tech come out a few days later to fix the issue. Everyone I have dealt with there has been so nice and professional, it's a welcome change from so many contractors. I'll definitely be using them for all of our tiling needs.

Overall I was extremely pleased. When I initially submitted an inquiry the sales team was extremely responsive, they called back the same day, and they answered all of my questions in detail. On the day of the service the technician, Trevon, was extremely helpful in explaining what type of caulk was used before and he explained to be basic tips to preserve the health of the caulk. He was professional, quick but thorough. He had a wonderful personality and was a great frontline man to represent any company. I would recommend Sir Grout without fail. My service date was two months ago and the bathtub looks like it was done today!

This is an absolutely great company. Dan Lundstedt, who I understand to be the owner of this small business, was outstanding in every way. He came to our home promptly after I called for a quote to give us an estimate, fully explained all of our options, and answered all of our questions. The quoted price was very reasonable, eliminating the need for us to shop around for other estimates. He knows all there is to know about grout and grout work (Who would have thought there is so much to consider?). The service person showed up right on time to do the job, and Dan personally stopped by to inspect the work. The work was done professionally, quickly and well.

After the work was done, we concluded that we should have ordered the color seal option as Dan had originally suggested (but we declined). We called Dan and, in a matter of days, he personally came by to do the work. Best of all, he only charged us the same price he originally had quoted for this optional work, even though he now had to make an additional trip. He did this specifically because he is completely client-satisfaction focused. Overall, this was a great experience from a small company that places customer service above all else. I recommend them highly.
