Estimate process was quite easy. Met with Ann from Sir Grout and she provided a reliable estimate on the spot. I was able to schedule a date with her a few days later. The technician arrived on time and performed all of the services listed on the estimate. The technician was neat and professional and congenially answered all questions. The technician cleaned up after himself and left the site very clean. Everything was done very nicely and the bathroom looks great. I'd definitely use them again.

Ann came and gave us an estimate and Suk was our technician. We liked that the estimate was broken down line item by line item so we could pick and chose what work we wanted done and how much it would exactly cost. Our technician was professional, we were very pleased with his work and did a great job cleaning up after he was finished. I am extremely satisfied with the way our shower looks, it is a dramatic difference. After seeing the difference, I wish we would have had the bathroom floor grout cleaned, sanitized and sealed. The only somewhat negative comment I have is they don't take credit cards. I am assuming it is written somewhere but I was not aware of this, so payment was by cash or check. I think there was a discount for cash but since I didn't have $650 in cash in the house, it was a non-issue...I paid by check.

This was a very straight forward type of job. Dominick and Eddie V came right on time with all their equipment. We reviewed what was to be done and then Dominick got started and Eddie went to another job site. All in all it was nicely done, all mold is now removed the grout lines are clean and sealed with an epoxy that is mold and mildew resistant. This was an all day job, but worth it.

They were pretty prompt and did a nice job on our shower. I did find one little area that needed some additional work and they were very accommodating and scheduled someone to come back out and fix that spot. Overall a very good job at a reasonable price.

Ann came and gave the estimates for the work we wanted. Each job was quoted separately. One reason we chose Sir Grout was because our floors had a great deal of square footage and they would send a large crew. After signing the contract and giving a $200 deposit, the crew arrived on the scheduled date of service. Eddie lead the 3-man crew. They were punctual and polite throughout their work. I was very picky about the color grout I wanted and the guys were extremely patient waiting for me to decide before beginning that part of the project. They put many samples on grout lines over different parts of the floor that had different lighting that would affect my color choice. Since I was struggling with my decision, they even waited for my husband to drive home (he works nearby) to help me decide. Ann stopped by during the work to check if everything was going all right. Before Eddie and his crew left, they had me walk through and check to see if they had done everything to my satisfaction. If I found something picky that I wanted done, they cheerfully did what I asked. They just wanted me to be pleased with their work. Also, they guarantee their work for a year, so they will come back and do a touch-up or whatever I need if I call. So far, so good though! We are very pleased with the work they did. Our floors look so much better with the color-seal grout!

We had a leak in our bathroom tile and had several estimates. These ranged from $5000 to $1500. Some made the job seem very complicated , and it would take 2 weeks. Sir Grout came over said it was straightforward, and would take 1 day. They were the lowest estimate. The workers arrived on time, cleaned up, and did a fantastic job. The owner asked how the work was 1 week and 1 month after. The tile work was done well, and we couldn't be more pleased. No reason to call anyone else.
