I have a decade old condo in downtown Chicago and needed some long overdue maintenance including new grout for two showers and Yelp did good to steer me to Sir Grout. Working with them was friendly, easy and most of all quality work done which I'm very satisfied about. What I really appreciate is after the work was finished I got a follow up email from the owner of Sir Grout to make sure I was satisfied and also a month later an additional follow up to really make sure. A lot of companies talk about good customer service and standing behind their work but Sir Grout really does. All the work was done right and I've been very satisfied, but I appreciate them asking.

If you need grout, get it done right with Sir Grout. This company does good work at a fair price and makes sure clients are satisfied.

Ann came out to look at the area that I wanted restored. Ann was on time, went over the entire procedure step by step and gave me a proposal before she left. She knows the business and was able to explain in detail the process. We set up a date and time for the work to be done. The 2 specialists that came out to do the work were also on time. Worked diligently until the job was completed. They were great. They went over everything with me before they started and after the work was completed. I would definitely use Sir Grout again and also recommend them to friends.

Called in and got a fast estimate appointment with the office manager, met with Dan who came and provided me with a reasonable priced estimate. He was very informative and answered all my questions in a way that made me feel confident in their line of work. Work was scheduled quickly like not even 3 days later i had the technician Eddie and Carlos out and they were amazing guys who obviously know what they are doing. They worked quickly and made sure to show me everything before they left and even cleaned up after themselves which is good cause I've had services from other companies and they always leave a mess. I would definitely recommend Sir Grout to everyone I know! Thank you so much.

I called Sir Grout because water was leaking when we showered. They were courteous and were able to come to assess the situation pretty quickly. The worker was also professional and efficient. When we found that not all of the leakage had stopped, the owner came out to inspect and touch up the work within days, which we greatly appreciated. So far, no leaks.

Today I met with James to obtain an estimate on painting and cleaning my floor which appeared dirty. He told me that my floors were in fact not dirty but that the previous owner preferred a darker grout color which was consistent through the entire floor. He basically suggested just to get it cleaned with a mop. Very honest!
