I contacted Sir Grout 1 1/2 years ago for my steam shower. I was completely blown away by how great the shower looked and that it came with a warranty. After 8 months, I noticed that there was some mildew growing so I called and asked for a touch up. They sent someone out, no problem. A few weeks ago, I called to share that I was unhappy with how my shower looked. They asked for photos, I sent them and then they sent a tech out to take care of my shower. I am completely satisfied with their customer service. Everyone I've encountered from Sir Grout has been professional and friendly. I would definitely use their services again.
Although we no longer live in the Wauconda area, Sir Grout did the grout and caulking in our shower. Their price was fair, and their work was done professionally. We had no problems, and I would recommend them without hesitation.

He did the hallway, galley kitchen, and checked the bathroom. He did a wonderful job. He was courteous, respectful of my home, efficient and friendly. He even left a little bit of the coloring so I could do any other touch-ups I needed. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
They did a fantastic job. There are two parts to this review. First, they cleaned and sealed the grout in both my bathrooms, and recaulked one shower stall. Everything looks as good as new. The second part concerns re-grouting a kitchen floor. Turns out that my kitchen floor was not installed properly 15 years ago and regrouting would not have solved he problem (I had suspected as much and this was confirmed by my condo's chief engineer). They quickly hooked me up with a wonderful general contractor and I got a whole new floor installed for a very fair price (and the gc did a great job as well). They showed up on time, were polite and hard working and helped me find someone reliable to fix a problem that wasn't of their making or in there line of work to fix. From my point of view they went way beyond what I would have expected. Great work guys!
Eddie did a great job on both of our bathrooms that are fully tiled and had extensive damage. The quote was less than 1/2 what another local contractor had estimated. Both bathrooms look brand new.
