My 15 year old marble tiled bathroom floor and shower needed help. I was at the point of wanting to rip it out and start over. I called Sir Grout and Ann came by for an estimate. She is so knowledgeable about stone restoration and recommended a thorough cleaning and polishing of the stone, regrouting and caulking. Provided a fair estimate that day and within a week the tech was out for the work. I was still skeptical until I saw the final result.
It looks fantastic. My little bathroom looks new again. The tech was thorough and professional and told me how to maintain the stone in the future. Expect to spend a little money but it is worth it for the return you get. Ann is the best and the tech was a master stone restorer.

I had a great experience with Sir Grout. The salesperson, Anne, provided a lot of great information about my counters and the process of honing, polishing and sealing the limestone. Yasmin and a helper arrived a few days later to complete the work. Yasmin is a true artist, and he cares deeply about the work he does. I was so pleased with the counters that I asked Yasmin to provide a quote for the travertine stone in my bathrooms. The quote was VERY reasonable and he arrived a few days later to complete the work. The bathrooms look beautiful! Thank you, Yasmin! I highly recommend this company!

My bf and I hired Sir Grout to regrout our master shower floor and clean/patch the walls. The quote seemed expensive at first (albeit I have no knowledge of what goes into a project like this) but it was a 9.5 hour job and the guy that performed the work, Mario Barcenas, was great.
In addition to performing the job well, Mario is extremely knowledgable. He informed us we have natural stone on the floor and limestone on the wall so now we know we need to squeegee the walls in addition to the glass door given the materiel is porous and needs to be dried immediately in order to be maintained.

We had Sir Grout clean and seal the shower and floor in our master bath, and it looks like new. They also polished the marble vanity top. The job was not inexpensive but they did excellent work, and the workers were prompt and courteous.

Made an appointment for a quote on cleaning and sealing grout around tiles in bathtub area and clearing out old caulk and resealing bathtub. Estimator came out, as scheduled, wrote a quote on the spot with 2 options. Made an appointment a week later, tech came out on time, did the job in 2/3 of the estimated time, and did a great job. Just a small job compared to something like remodeling, but it all went as smoothly as could be, and the work was excellent. The workman said if any of the sealant should come loose, they'd come back free of charge and fix it up.

They were very accommodating when trying to schedule the work. Once here the workmen were respectful of my house and kept at their work until it was done. The product they use to paint the bath tub is very chemically smelling but once it dissipated, the tub looked great. What a difference. The floor grout around the tub was also replaced so it looks like a new tub. They also cleaned the grout around the tile on the floor and you don't realize how dingy it looks until you have it cleaned. Looks great. Very reasonably priced too. Very happy with the results and the company.

They caulked / re-grouted several areas in house. I called them to come back and redo one sink. They were prompted and came back the next day. I was satisfied after they redid the caulk. Nice people!
