They were clear and reasonable about which work was important to prevent water damage vs other improvements I might want to consider but which were optional. I did not feel any up-selling pressure. I was very skeptical, but all my doubts that anyone could clean this tile and grout have been erased. Sir Grout's experts worked the extra effort and as long as was necessary to make that bathroom sparkle. I highly recommend this company. You will be pleased if you use them!
They just fixed all the tile, fixed the grout, scrubbed the tile. They re-honed a couple of marble tile. They were able to hone the marble in the master bathroom and then apply new grout and the reseal the whole master shower. They were good.
