My husband and I purchased our first home earlier this year to then discover that our master shower was leaking into the commercial unit below. This remained undiscovered for many months as the unit below was unoccupied. After discovering that the issue was caused by cracks throughout the grout in our tile shower, I called Sir Grout for a quote and then repairs. Dan, the owner of the company, came out for the inspection and quote. While the cost was a bit higher than what we had expected, we decided to move forward. A few weeks later, two guys came over and spent the entire day working on fixing all the grout issues (I honestly am not sure if they took a break at any point). Since then, we've ran our shower with no leaks or issues. Overall, it was an expensive but positive experience.

The Sir Grout technician team did a very thorough and professional work on the bathrooms, kitchen and entry hallway floors. They look like new. I'm very happy with the results. The two men were polite and extremely hard working. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

They were so good. They were very prompt with appointments. They called to ask if I could reschedule and I couldn't, but he asked other customers if they could and he ended up being able to come out. They showed up on time and were very professional. I highly recommend them.

Great estimate service, the estimate was right on the money. The two different employees who worked on the bathrooms were very good making sure we were happy with the color matching of the grout and caulk and leaving a small bottle behind for touch ups. The grout repair was seamless, you cannot tell which areas were fixed vs the original grout. The bathrooms look brand new! Note: we actually had two appointments one for each bathroom.
