We had a pretty gross steam shower. Kind of looked like a turkish bath house turned into a torture chamber. The grout was peeling off and looked a brownish black and the walls looked like they were bleeding ink. Called Sir Grout and set up a meet and greet (free). Didn't expect the owner to be the one consulting so that was pretty cool. He gave us a solid run down of what we can do and the costs associated (very nice guy, easy to talk to no awkward pauses). He actually was able to check his workers schedules and get a guy out same day after hashing out all the cleaning and re-grouting we wanted done. Mario came out an hour and a half later and spent 5 hours going after our shower. He walked me through everything he did at the end and was impeccable with his work. They pretty much saved us from getting the black lung so am very grateful for their speedy and thorough process. Definitely as professional as you get so check them out.

They were a little expensive, but did a good job, showed up on time, and were clean and professional. Cleaned and sealed the marble shower floor, which had some rust stains. I would definitely use them again.

This was the first time we used Sir Grout. Ann stopped by to give us an estimate and go over what work would be done. We were sealing and regrouting one shower and another bathroom shower and floor. Kevin was on time both days and did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the work that was done.

We couldn't be happier with the re-grout and color stain in our master bath shower! The quote came in right around what we were expecting so there were no surprises there. The job ended up being a bit more labor intensive than expected, but Sir Grout was happy to come back the next day to complete the rest of the job!

Sir Grout is by far, the best in the business. I am a landlord with 10 units and have tried them all. My rental units in Wrigleyville get hard wear over the years from tenants. After Sir Grout's shower and floor tile treatments, my baths look clean and almost new. Priced fairly and stand by their work. Better priced and better quality than Stanley Steemer!

I scheduled a terrace cleaning with Sir Grout after not having paid any attention to my terrace in over ten years. I finally noticed that it was, at the very least, unsightly. Sir Grout was extremely responsive, scheduling the work for a time convenient to me. The work was done very professionally, competently and at a fair price. I would use them again.
