They were clear and reasonable about which work was important to prevent water damage vs other improvements I might want to consider but which were optional. I did not feel any up-selling pressure. On the day of my appointment, the workers were very courteous in quietly coming and going from the house without interrupting my conference calls, completed the work quickly, and surprised me with a bill that was actually lower than I expected! Their final grout work looks so much better than my husband's attempt to DIY. I will definitely reach out to them for future grouting needs.
