Sir Grout was great. They cleaned, sealed and did grout work on the tile floor in my kitchen. The initial quote was easy to schedule and all was explained to me, and then scheduling the cleaning was done immediately. The gentleman who came to do the cleaning and grout work was on time, friendly and did a great job. He did a good job explaining how I should care for the tile floor before he left. I hired Sir Grout to regrout and caulk two bathrooms. I moved into a 15 yr old condo. A lot of renters have been through the condo and the bathrooms needed TLC. It was a great experience from start to finish. Ann came over for a free estimate, and was very helpful in explaining the process. Scheduling was easy. And the 2 workers were very punctual and courteous. They finished before time and I am very pleased with the final look. They even recommended tips on how to maintain the caulk/ grout in the future.
