Sir Grout completely revitalized my guest bathroom. The floor tile was in great shape but the grout looked old and stained. By investing a reasonable amount in the service provided by Sir Grout, we essentially have a brand new floor! The sales associate, Ryan, was very helpful at explaining the process over FaceTime. Josh, the technician, was punctual, courteous with wearing a mask (he didn't even ask if he should) and efficient. I wish I had more tile in my house to revitalize, it's a worthwhile endeavor!
The experience with Sir Grout Chicago was great from the moment the technician, Jasmin, knocked on the door. He was wearing a mask and immediately put on shoe coverings. Jasmin explained the work that was going to be done in the shower and floor. He immediately got to work. Jasmin was efficient, extra clean and did a fantastic job. Our shower and floor look like we installed new tile. Jasmin was a complete gentleman, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Sir Grout!

We were referred to Sir Grout from another contractor for the great work that they do. We were able to set up a FaceTime estimate, questions and edits were made via email within the next 2 days and appointment for our service was booked for a few weeks out. Technician was on time and incredibly diligent; cleaned up the areas after he did the repair. We are very happy with the work that was done and would highly recommend to anyone!

I should have called Sir Grout first instead of trying a DIY solution and paying a handyman to repair (unsuccessfully) my crumbling grout. Sir Grout uses an epoxy instead of ordinary grout. It makes a tremendous difference. I had some old tile flooring re-grouted in my foyer. It came out magnificent. Trey was great - he went out of his way to find the exactly right shade of grout to use, so it would match the rest of the flooring.
Dan, the owner was helpful in explaining everything to me. We did a Facetime estimate which was convenient and easy. Price seemed reasonable to me, I called two other places and got no call backs, so I was comfortable going ahead with the work - essentially after reading all the positive reviews.
