I am very delinquent in writing this review but we moved in the middle of getting this work done. Kevin was EXCELLENT! I can't recommend him enough. We had our large marble shower redone and also several smaller caulking jobs. He was very professional, helpful and I've never seen a better caulking job. I highly recommend Kevin and Sir Grout Chicago.
I was skeptical of ever hiring another grout restoration company, after a bad experience a few years ago. I did some digging and found Sir Grout. Dan came out to do the quote. He explained the process well. I was quite sure Sir Grout would be the right choice. The technician, Kevin, did a great job. He was polite, friendly, and respectful. Kevin was the technician that took care of our grout situation. A sprinkler head broke and rusty water stained the grout. Kevin selected the exact matching color of grout and it turned out better than I expected. Kevin was very professional and his pleasant personality made the outcome better than I had ever expected.
