Mario did a fantastic job! We have marble countertops and a backsplash and they look like they did when first installed. He took the time to explain everything to my wife and me, including what we needed to do over the next few days. In addition the post-job clean up was so good, you can't even tell that someone was here.

When we purchased our house, the marble tiles and grout lines in our kitchen were in pretty bad shape (see picture). We researched companies that specialize in marble and ran into Sir Grout. We called them and they gave us a reasonable price and we scheduled them to revive our marble floor. Jasmin from Sir Grout showed up and was very professional and did an excellent job on our marble. His attention to detail and work ethic made our old marble look like we installed brand new marble floor. Overall, we were very satisfied with Sir Grout and Jasmin, and we would highly recommend to anyone looking to refinish their floors.

Sir Grout came out to my home and did a remarkable job in cleaning my shower and bathroom tiles. Mario, who was the technician, is amazing and his work is exceptional. I did the original work order by facetiming with Ann and she was so knowledgeable about the different types of tile I have and what it was going to take to get them clean. Sir Grout is the first honest company that I have found in a long time. Ryan quoted the job back in March for the bathroom and kitchen. I scheduled service on May 3. Eddie the service cleaner was on time, went through the quote with me, and cleaned up after he was finished. My kitchen floors look awesome!!! My bathroom tile in the shower and floor look awesome as well. Sir Grout did an amazing job. Eddie took pride in the working he was doing. I would highly recommend Sir Grout. They are very professional.

I'm really thrilled with the work Sir Grout did on my downtown Chicago condo. This is the second time I've used their services and I'm as pleased the second time as I was the first, as they do excellent work. My shower needed a cleaning/sealing and also some work was needed on kitchen countertops. Josh, the technician, who came out did an awesome job and my condo looks so much nicer as a result. It was also nice that they did a FaceTime virtual estimate for me so that they could give me an estimate that way. For anyone who wants no doubt of excellent work, Sir Grout will do a great job!

I'm a repeat customer with Sir Grout for my downtown Chicago condo and I'm really happy with the work they do. The last time I used them was 6 years ago and they did excellent work so I wanted a fresh cleaning on a shower along with some additional new work for some counters. The technician Josh was on time, friendly and did excellent work. One nice thing is that I spotted some additional items which weren't part of my main job and Josh was able to add that to the work I initially needed. Everything looks good as new and my condo really has a much fresher look as a result. I really suggest Sir Grout, as everyone was great to deal with. It was also nice to do a FaceTime virtual estimate so the work could get started pretty quickly.
