It's hard to see the real results in the photos, but I am very satisfied with the work the crew from Sir Grout did over two days across two of my bathrooms. The marble looks brand new and shiny and the grout and silicone look amazing. It is expensive and it doesn't get rid of every mark, but I think it's worth it. From Ann who came out to quote, to the guys who did the actual work, everyone was very nice and took the time to explain options and answer questions.
Sir Grout has done a great job cleaning and regrouting a bathroom in our older home. They left the tile looking like new. The team is professional and knowledgeable. The customer service was great from start to finish. I would highly recommend Sir Grout and I would use them again.
Sir Grout was extremely professional, timely, efficient and did incredible work! Scheduling and doing the initial FaceTime walk-through of the work to be done with Dan was easy and thorough, and Felix our technician did excellent grout and caulk work in some tricky spots in our shower and tub, and also repaired some broken grout spots on our onyx floor to prevent further damage. Price was very reasonable for the quality of the work, and they were on time and got me scheduled quickly. In this day and age when many services don't return calls or emails, responsiveness and timeliness matter more than ever. I am extremely satisfied with the work and would use them again in the future in a heartbeat.
