I felt very comfortable with the salesman and he was great about answering all my questions and I did call him on his cellphone several times when I thought of new ones. Although this isn't a cheap service, their estimate was lower than another company. The other company though was planning to regrout which may be more work but we went with Sir Grout mainly because they felt they could get it back to looking great without risking tile damage via regrouting process. I almost got teary from how great it looked. There was nothing for me to clean up and I didn't smell any chemical odors. Although the charge to color seal the floor was only $60 more, decided to skip to skip since we were moving shortly and I wasn't convinced it would make a big difference even though the salesman counseled it would and he was right. I would absolutely use them again

I had Sir Grout do a cleaning and re-grouting of my condo bathroom and they were terrific. Ann came out to scope out the job and gave me a thorough estimate. She explained the process and helped plan the installation of the grab bars that we wanted to add. When Dan's team arrived, they were totally professional. No mess, no fuss. I had to leave for a doctor's appointment during the installation but they took photos of the grab bar placement and sent them to me for approval. Pretty cool!
The job turned out beautifully. Excellent workmanship and the bathroom looks gorgeous - I would highly recommend Sir Grout to my friends and family!

Ann came to my home for a complete inspection, to take measurements, and clarify what services were available. She made helpful suggestions and set expectations for available services, product information, job performance, etc. Her estimate provided a clear scope of service at an excellent value. She maintained direct contact throughout execution of the project. My technicians, Alex and Eddie, arrived right on time, were extremely courteous, engaging, and did a fantastic job. Once they set up their equipment, they walked me through to explain what would be done, step by step. They were focused on delivering quality work throughout the entire project, cleaned up, and finished right on time as promised. Sir Grout was also very flexible in working around my schedule and budget. This was my first time working with Sir Grout and I can't imagine working with anyone else when it comes to stone and tile maintenance!

I had no idea that the grout on my ceramic tile floor could even be cleaned. Basically, I'd given up on cleaning it myself, after many attempts with no visible improvement. I thought that I'd have to replace all of the grout and thought, "what a mess!" Sir Grout cleaned everything, brightened the grout, and "sealed the deal." The floors look new! We purchased our house in 2008 and wanted to do something with the tile flooring in the kitchen and three bathrooms. The expense / investment / general upheaval was the main deterrent to pulling the trigger on these projects. Through perusing Angie's list, I stumbled upon Sir Grout's process which was new to me. After reading the reviews and watching an video advertisement, I scheduled to have Dan come out to provide a quote. Dan provided a detail quote for the work and reviewed the process, this took about and hour and half. A bit long, but he was on a roll. When we scheduled the cleaning and grout work to be done, we made some modifications from the original quote (we decided not to do the tile surround in one of the bathrooms) which was no problem for them to modify. It took about 4 hours to do the work and we couldn't be happier. It really does look like we got a new kitchen floor when it was all said and done. Also, at the time I forgot to give them my Angie's List coupon for 10% off. When I call, they accepted by coupon over the phone and sent me a check. Professional service all around.

Dan was prompt in coming out to give the estimate, provided ample information regarding materials and labor involved in the job. This is one of those projects that most don't think of having done and after having my bathroom rehabbed the year before wanted to make sure I maintained the grout work. It still looks good one year later so the job was well done.

Dan came out initially and gave a comprehensive estimate of the entire job. Everything was spelled out and very clear as to pricing and work involved. No surprises. Scheduling seemed to be a problem. I did not know who was going to show up on what day. I think this was just an idiomatic thing because of number of bathrooms and different issues with drying especially in the master bath where work could not commence until basin was finished. They were always very responsive to issues and responded in a timely fashion. All the workers were very professional, polite, pleasant and knowledgeable in their area. Each day when they finished, the area was completely cleaned up. John, one of their more senior employees (length of service not age), always called when he was on his way and I really appreciated this. John also had a wealth of knowledge of everything relating to tile and general construction. I never believed anything could be done with my master shower. The refinishing on the basin left it dazzling! All the grout work is just beautiful. I am so glad I finally made the call to get this work done. It was expensive, but was also labor intensive due to the age of the tile and bathrooms. I highly recommend this company and their work.
