Was able to fit me in on short notice. When Dan came by for estimate, he said the job would take a half day. It took a full eight hours. Luckily I had day open. Gentleman that came to do the work was meticulous, and the bathrooms looked like new when done. Left work areas very clean. Gave me thorough info about keeping clean going forward.

Overall, a positive experience. Dan provides abundant information and has responded promptly to additional queries. The fellows who completed the work did a good job (especially with removing and resetting the tile). We did a bit of extra clean up when it was all over, but I consider that negligible.

The guy (Dan) who did the quote was punctual, professional, and sent a detailed quote by email the next day. The estimate was slightly higher than a competitor's, but after a small price reduction I went with this company since they seemed more thorough and professional. The work was done quickly and was good quality, all grout in my kitchen and dining room was cleaned and partially replaced; the grout is now a uniform color and looks great! Maybe a few dollars more overall but well worth the extra $ for the quality of work.

I just purchased a new home with 2 1958-pink bathrooms. The grout between the tiles on the floor, walls & counters was an aged, dirty gray. The two fellows who came to do the work worked really hard all day. They steam cleaned both bathrooms and removed old caulk. In the bathroom we want to keep, they put in a color seal product that returned the grout lines to bright white. It looks fantastic! In the bathroom we want to remodel next year, they just put a sealer over the now clean (but still discolored) grout. Then they recaulked everything. I'm very pleased with their result and hope that the color seal product lasts a long time.
