This was a very straight forward type of job. Dominick and Eddie V came right on time with all their equipment. We reviewed what was to be done and then Dominick got started and Eddie went to another job site. All in all it was nicely done, all mold is now removed the grout lines are clean and sealed with an epoxy that is mold and mildew resistant. This was an all day job, but worth it.

They were pretty prompt and did a nice job on our shower. I did find one little area that needed some additional work and they were very accommodating and scheduled someone to come back out and fix that spot. Overall a very good job at a reasonable price.

Ann came and gave the estimates for the work we wanted. Each job was quoted separately. One reason we chose Sir Grout was because our floors had a great deal of square footage and they would send a large crew. After signing the contract and giving a $200 deposit, the crew arrived on the scheduled date of service. Eddie lead the 3-man crew. They were punctual and polite throughout their work. I was very picky about the color grout I wanted and the guys were extremely patient waiting for me to decide before beginning that part of the project. They put many samples on grout lines over different parts of the floor that had different lighting that would affect my color choice. Since I was struggling with my decision, they even waited for my husband to drive home (he works nearby) to help me decide. Ann stopped by during the work to check if everything was going all right. Before Eddie and his crew left, they had me walk through and check to see if they had done everything to my satisfaction. If I found something picky that I wanted done, they cheerfully did what I asked. They just wanted me to be pleased with their work. Also, they guarantee their work for a year, so they will come back and do a touch-up or whatever I need if I call. So far, so good though! We are very pleased with the work they did. Our floors look so much better with the color-seal grout!

We had a leak in our bathroom tile and had several estimates. These ranged from $5000 to $1500. Some made the job seem very complicated , and it would take 2 weeks. Sir Grout came over said it was straightforward, and would take 1 day. They were the lowest estimate. The workers arrived on time, cleaned up, and did a fantastic job. The owner asked how the work was 1 week and 1 month after. The tile work was done well, and we couldn't be more pleased. No reason to call anyone else.

we had a mess on our hands. Our contractor tiled our shower walls and floor and used the wrong sealant. He used an oil base seal that within a few weeks our white grout was yellow. Our contractor contacted Sir Grout and although they were Busy and it was the end of the year, we agreed to wait for the "A" team who wouldn't be available for almost a month (which says just how good the "A" team is). Once they arrived they were prompt and nice. At the same time our grout was not done correctly by our contractor our marble floor and marble vanity top were also not sealed properly, so within a month we had water stains and scratches in both. Sir Grout has a process for honing and polishing and sealing. We now couldn't be happier...should we ever need Sir Grout again, you bet 100% we will call on Dan for his service and recommend him to anyone needing a fixer up!

They worked very hard to accommodate my schedule to actually do the work. There were 3 technicians that arrived exactly on time and finished the work in a few hours. I was very pleased with the work. The shower needed some major cleaning and it looks like new. Actually, the entire bathroom looks brand new. I would highly recommend Sir Grout to anyone looking to have tile or grout cleaned.

When an owner does this, it immediately conveys to me: This is someone who cares about his business. I was impressed, and I was immediately more confident in Sir Grout than the first company to perform the work correctly. After thinking about it, I decided to go with Sir Grout. My decision ultimately proved to be a wise one. Dom, the technician, arrived on time and did an exceptional job. My shower looks brand new. In sum, I highly recommend Sir Grout, Everyone with whom I was in contact from Dan, to Ann, to Dom was a professional. I admire that, and I admire the quality work performance too.
