On the day of the work, Micheal showed up on time and ready to go. He was friendly and professional. He performed the work within the time quoted, even an hour early. Besides the fact that they saved me from having to completely re-tile the floor, the bathroom is now gleaming and bright. Excellent work.
They were great! The service technician we had was so meticulous. It's absolute gorgeous. We have bad hard water and it looks brand new now.
The technicians were very professional and explained each step of the process. They thoughtfully called to say they would be a few minutes late. They paid attention to details such as matching new grout to an area that was not being treated, and explained how to care for the refinished areas. As a 65 years old retired engineer and past part-time remodeler/renovator, I can confidently tell you that:
1. The kitchen floor grout cleaning was comprehensive and the color-seal overlay looks great, they also matched color and sealed about 20 minor nicks in the tile itself.
2. The old whirlpool and cabinet/sink caulk was removed and the joints cleaned in a comprehensive manner. Did a beautiful job in laying the new caulk (much better than the old contractor who installed the whirlpool and cabinet/sink).
3. Did a great caulking job along a very irregular width crack where the new soffit meets the BR ceiling.
The two workers (Mike & Alex) were very professional and took about 4 1/2 hours to complete all the work without "rushing it".
The work was done this morning and I will modify this review if any problems develop in the future.
Estimate process was quite easy. Met with Ann from Sir Grout and she provided a reliable estimate on the spot. I was able to schedule a date with her a few days later. The technician arrived on time and performed all of the services listed on the estimate. The technician was neat and professional and congenially answered all questions. The technician cleaned up after himself and left the site very clean. Everything was done very nicely and the bathroom looks great. I'd definitely use them again.
The crew, Don and Trey, were great! I was very impressed with their professionalism and skills. I was not sure what to expect and I was pleasantly surprised! I will definitely use this company again.
Ann came and gave us an estimate and Suk was our technician. We liked that the estimate was broken down line item by line item so we could pick and chose what work we wanted done and how much it would exactly cost. Our technician was professional, we were very pleased with his work and did a great job cleaning up after he was finished. I am extremely satisfied with the way our shower looks, it is a dramatic difference. After seeing the difference, I wish we would have had the bathroom floor grout cleaned, sanitized and sealed. The only somewhat negative comment I have is they don't take credit cards. I am assuming it is written somewhere but I was not aware of this, so payment was by cash or check. I think there was a discount for cash but since I didn't have $650 in cash in the house, it was a non-issue...I paid by check.
