Ann came out to look at the area that I wanted restored. Ann was on time, went over the entire procedure step by step and gave me a proposal before she left. She knows the business and was able to explain in detail the process. We set up a date and time for the work to be done. The 2 specialists that came out to do the work were also on time. Worked diligently until the job was completed. They were great. They went over everything with me before they started and after the work was completed. Called in and got a fast estimate appointment with the office manager, met with Dan who came and provided me with a reasonable priced estimate. He was very informative and answered all my questions in a way that made me feel confident in their line of work. Work was scheduled quickly like not even 3 days later i had the technician Eddie and Carlos out and they were amazing guys who obviously know what they are doing. They worked quickly and made sure to show me everything before they left and even cleaned up after themselves which is good cause I've had services from other companies and they always leave a mess. I would definitely recommend Sir Grout to everyone I know! Thank you so much.

I called Sir Grout because water was leaking when we showered. They were courteous and were able to come to assess the situation pretty quickly. The worker was also professional and efficient. When we found that not all of the leakage had stopped, the owner came out to inspect and touch up the work within days, which we greatly appreciated. So far, no leaks.

Today I met with James to obtain an estimate on painting and cleaning my floor which appeared dirty. He told me that my floors were in fact not dirty but that the previous owner preferred a darker grout color which was consistent through the entire floor. He basically suggested just to get it cleaned with a mop. Very honest!

I recently had my bathroom done by Sir Grout and I am amazed by the work they did. Before my shower and floor were so bad, I thought I had to just have everything replaced to make it look new again but they sent me Chris who was the technician, he was very smart and explained to me a lot of things I didn't even know about showers and floors. He was a great worker and had everything looking like a whole new bathroom in no time. I'm glad i called Sir Grout they were a bit pricey but well worth the money spent and getting the work done fast and in less than a day was real convenient for me.
