I have the best experience I think I have ever had with a professional company such as Sir Grout. showed up on time, very courteous and respectful to my condo having hardwood floor. Jasmin reviewed the quote and made some recommended changes/upgrades that he felt would make the marble look even better. He was not trying to sell, he was just providing his professional opinion based on what he was seeing during his initial inspection. I of course upgraded to his recommendations and could not be happier. Definitely a 5+ star experience, and will be using them again in the future.

It went extremely well. The service person was punctual and took his shoes off at the door. He stated the job would take approximately two hours; it took just over an hour. The outcome was great. The caulking applied was smooth and straight. He instructed us not to use the bathtub and sink for at least.
