I recently had my bathroom done by Sir Grout and I am amazed by the work they did. Before my shower and floor were so bad, I thought I had to just have everything replaced to make it look new again but they sent me Chris who was the technician, he was very smart and explained to me a lot of things I didn't even know about showers and floors. He was a great worker and had everything looking like a whole new bathroom in no time. I'm glad i called Sir Grout they were a bit pricey but well worth the money spent and getting the work done fast and in less than a day was real convenient for me. Thanks again Sir Grout for the beautiful bathroom!
We had our master bathroom and kitchen grout cleaned and covered by Sir Grout about 5 months ago and it looks great! Just like new again. This place has excellent customer service as well.
These guys were fantastic! Apparently I had silicone seal issues in my limestone shower that my tenants didn't mention (for five years!). The shower, niches and floor all needed a deep thorough cleaning. It was incredible, Looked fantastic! My porcelain tile floor in the kitchen looked brand new when they were done. Not only did I recommend them to my real estate agent, but I also want to bring them into my home to clean our tile and grout there. Not cheap, but neither was the tile I installed, so it was sooooo well worth it!
This company was great. Both people I dealt with (the estimator and Carlos) were very personable and professional. The work was done quickly but expertly. Carlos also fixed grout and sealed the floor though that wasn't part of the original work order. I highly recommend them.

They had to come out to touch up a surface after a few months - but did so after checking in with me. Proactive customer service like this is hard to come by and very welcomed.
These guys are awesome! I spent $5000 on limestone/marble floors in bathrooms and never knew that certain products etched the tiles.
They were here for around 3 hours and brought it back to the original factory honed finish. Something another company I paid $500 to, could not do. They will be my go to refinish for any sort of natural stone moving forward!

The marble floors and walls look better than the day they were new. The grout had turned black from dirt in many places. Everything is back to its original color. I was also told about the ph neutral cleaners I should use in the future. Staff was extremely professional from first visit for price quote until the last clean up. The best job I could have ever imagined.
