I am writing a 5-Star Review because my technician Kevin was amazing! After 2 scheduling conflicts with Sir Grout I was hesitant to proceed with their services. Kevin came and was so professional. He called prior to arriving letting me know he'd be at my home in 15 minutes and he apologized for all of the miscommunication regarding scheduling (even though he had nothing to do with it). My shower looks brand new. He explained what he was going to do to my husband, asked is we had any questions and did a fantastic job. When he was finished he went over what was done and advised us on how to care for the stone in the future. Kevin is very professional and I highly recommend him if anyone is able to request who they would like to come out.

I had water behind my shower wall tiles, many tiles were loose and the grout and caulk was crumbling and dirty. Their estimator said the tub wall would look like new when they were done. They removed the loose tiles, installed a new concrete wall, put in new tiles and cleaned and sealed the whole tub. It does look like new! The work was completed in record time as well.

I was amazed at the great work. We had them regrout and clean up a basement shower. In 4 hours it looked brand new! He was so clean that when he left, not a spot of dust was left. I am definitely calling them again.

Sir Grout was probably the best vendor I have ever worked with in regard to sealing a fountain. They were timely, clean and precise in the application of the epoxy. I would recommend them highly for any sealant issues.

Sir Grout did an incredible job for us. We had a marble shower that had significant water damage due to a leak that hadn't been detected while we were out of town. The marble was faded and had lost its gloss. We also had a floor of the same marble with missing and faded grout. Two technicians, artisans really, came when promised and made everything look like new with a half day's work. They even found a grout to match what was there originally and they were courteous and sincere!. Today everything has cured and we were able to enjoy their work. I would use them without hesitation.

Great service as proven by an unfortunate company problem causing a late cancellation of the service date. Sir Grout moved dates around to accommodate me the next day. Eddie and his co-worker were pleasant and efficient. The contracted service for my patio was completed with top quality and all landscaping was moved back to their proper place. Thank you!
