I have been struggling with my kitchen limestone counters for years now. I hired a firm to professionally clean and seal them and they all but destroyed them. Since then, I have been seriously considering replacing them all together. Then I saw an add from Sir Grout that talked about restoration. And I tried them. While it was costly, it was well worth the expense! The counters look new again! Thanks to Sir Grout, I have fallen in love with my kitchen again!!!! Ann, the estimator, consulted with me about the tile in my bathroom- both floor and above the tub. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She was familiar with my vintage building and the issues I and many of my neighbors are having. While there's no magic wand for my tile situation (oh, I wish there was), Ann was realistic and encouraging. What a pro.

I was very impressed with the tile and grout cleaning completed on my hall entryway, master and guest bathrooms. These tile floors were over 15 years old and had never been professionally cleaned. I had contemplated replacing some of the floors but did not want the expense and mess. My floors all now look like new. Kevin from Sir Grout replaced the corroding grout and caulk in the base of the shower that was causing a leak. He had a color that matched the tiles well, and the base and corners look like new. The leak was sealed, and We are very happy. In addition, He replaced the awful seal around the kitchen sinks and cleaned and resealed the backsplash. It looks like we have a new sink, which is so nice. Ann was very helpful and prompt, too. Kevin was super nice and did great work. Thank you, Kevin!

Ann from Sir Grout began our first experience with Sir Grout. She gave her opinion on what 'could' not 'should' be done in the two bathrooms and kitchen. Ann was patient and professional with questions and sent a very detailed, easy-to-understand itemized proposal the next day and was immediately responsive to more questions and comments. Ann was the reason we decided to hire Sir Grout. The two-day job went as scheduled! Our technicians: Kevin, Mario, Jonathan, and Gregory were professional, courteous, and responsive to questions and comments and did not leave until we were 100% satisfied. When something needed to be retouched, no questions asked. The task was completed without hesitation. Yesterday I had the kitchen tile resealed after 17 years. To say that the grout had taken on an ugly/dirty color would be an understatement. Kevin was my technician and he was fantastic. Great experience hiring Sir Grout to restore the travertine tile in my shower and on my bathroom floors. Sales rep Ann provided a detailed quote and technician Yasmin completed the work. Yasmin arrived on time and explained the work he was going to do. It was clear he is very experienced working with travertine - he was very professional and detail focused. The tiles were restored and looked as good as the new!
