We used Sir Grout for 2 bathrooms. One bathroom had beautiful natural limestone that had become discolored due to some type of cleaning product. It had been damaged for years as we didn't think it could be repaired. Kevin was the technician and performed magic and the floor looks better than new. We also had our another floor re-grouted, which came out well. Kevin was hardworking, trustworthy and brought in additional workers to be sure the jobs were finished on-time. We were very impressed with the finished product.

We had Sir Grout restore our two marble bathroom floors and our marble kitchen floor. The floors were installed 12 years ago and had become quite dull. What a difference. The floors look better than when they were installed. Kevin was our technician and he is a talented professional who made sure the floors looked great and we were satisfied. We have a nice all marble bathroom shower, and bathroom floor, which was dirty, moldy, and stained. We had numerous estimates for cleaning the tile and grout, as well as re-grouting. Sir Grout was by far the best presentation from the estimator (Ann) and she was decisive and quick. She looked at the job, wrote up the estimate on the spot, and scheduled the work. The estimate was very fair and comprehensive. (I got a $50 discount just for signing up for an estimate online) Without asking, she said they would replace the glass door sweeps, which had been ignored by the other companies. When a slot opened a week early, she sent out Kevin in just a few days, who was assisted by Trey. The quality of the work is amazing. First Kevin explained in detail everything he was going to do and told me about the quality of the company and about his (4) four plus years with the organization. I have attached before and after photographs. The bathroom looks brand new. Kevin and Trey spent a very long day and worked quietly and steadily, producing a very nice result. They took out all the bad grout, resealed the silicone areas with grout, re-grouted everything in a beautiful white color, cleaned the tiles, and sealed all the marble. They cleaned up after themselves, also were very polite and gave informative advice. Please give these gentlemen our thanks for a fantastic project well done! Sir Grout is Five(5) Stars in our book!!

Trey and Justin spent all day restoring the stained and moldy grout and caulk in our bathroom. They did a detailed and thorough job, and left us feeling as if we had a new bathroom. Glad we spent the money, and much more cost-effective than replacing tile and flooring.

I am writing a 5-Star Review because my technician Kevin was amazing! After 2 scheduling conflicts with Sir Grout I was hesitant to proceed with their services. Kevin came and was so professional. He called prior to arriving letting me know he'd be at my home in 15 minutes and he apologized for all of the miscommunication regarding scheduling (even though he had nothing to do with it). My shower looks brand new. He explained what he was going to do to my husband, asked is we had any questions and did a fantastic job. When he was finished he went over what was done and advised us on how to care for the stone in the future. Kevin is very professional and I highly recommend him if anyone is able to request who they would like to come out.

I had water behind my shower wall tiles, many tiles were loose and the grout and caulk was crumbling and dirty. Their estimator said the tub wall would look like new when they were done. They removed the loose tiles, installed a new concrete wall, put in new tiles and cleaned and sealed the whole tub. It does look like new! The work was completed in record time as well.

Sir Grout did a terrific job refreshing the vintage tile of our bathroom floor; they were efficient, good at explaining what they were able to do, and cleaned up well after the job. Highly recommended.
