I am very delinquent in writing this review but we moved in the middle of getting this work done. Kevin was EXCELLENT! I can't recommend him enough. We had our large marble shower redone and also several smaller caulking jobs. He was very professional, helpful and I've never seen a better caulking job. I was skeptical of ever hiring another grout restoration company, after a bad experience a few years ago. I did some digging and found Sir Grout. Dan came out to do the quote. He explained the process well. I was quite sure Sir Grout would be the right choice. The technician, Kevin, did a great job. He was polite, friendly, and respectful. He was more than happy to answer my questions and concerns. He worked really hard all day. My shower looks great. I never thought I would see white grout again. Kevin was the technician that took care of our grout situation. A sprinkler head broke and rusty water stained the grout. Kevin selected the exact matching color of grout and it turned out better than I expected. Kevin was very professional and his pleasant personality made the outcome better than I had ever expected. Worth every dime and it took a lot of dimes to get this job done! On time, everything looks BRAND SPANKING NEW, and even though Sir Grout prices are a little high, the workmanship was outstanding. Saved me many hours of back pain in a DIY job that I'm sure would not turned out nearly as well as their product.

We had Sir Grout do polishing and sealing of our kitchen granite countertop. The counter was 9 years old and had never been re-sealed since it was new. Ryan came out, did a thorough assessment, explained what he recommended to do, and provided a quote for the work. The job was scheduled quickly, and the price was reasonable.

On the day of service, our technician called to let me know he would arrive about an hour early. He was there as promised, and he completed the work in less than 90 minutes. The counter top was noticeably smoother after it was done. Our tech informed us what care should be taken during the first 24 hours (no washing). He said that no additional refinishing work should be required for at least 10 years.

All in all, the work provided by Sir Grout was flawless, and there were no delays or surprises. I would recommend Sir Grout for anyone looking for tile or countertop re-finishing work.

I did know what to expect, but was very impressed with the service and the results. Our tile looks like we just bought it, and if possible "even better!". The care and time that Andrew and Josh took with their work ethic/interest in doing a high quality job was very evident, and surpassed whatever expectations I had.
