The customer service from Marissa and Justin (the guy that came out to look at everything) was superb, and I like how they both took their time in explaining the entire process, the expectations, following up and sending confirmation emails pertaining to service date.

Working with Sir Grout was extremely easy, and I am very pleased with the work they did. The process was as simple as setting up an appointment online and having a quick video call with someone a couple of days later. Another couple days after that, someone was at my house and my bathroom was transformed a few hours later. Our technician Jonathan was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable.
