I had used Sir Grout in 2014 and it wasn't until December 2023, that my marble shower with a granite seat needed to be cleaned and resealed. I was thrilled to have Mario do the work. He arrived at exactly the time he said he would come and was extremely professional, efficient, skilled, and very carefully brought in the needed equipment all the while making certain that nothing got scuffed or damaged. He protected my carpet and did an incredible job restoring my shower back to the way it was the day it was initially made. Mario was terrific and completed the job in half the time I was expecting it to take. Kudos to Sir Grout who sent reminders of the appointment we had arranged and especially to Mario who did an outstanding job!
José was just excellent. In addition to arriving early (a nice touch!), he explained everything he saw and how he responded to it. The estimating process gave us a good feeling about the needed repair, but José jumped right in and had everything done faster than I expected. The sealant was a flawless match for the tile (much better than the original grout) and he got along well with our two big dogs. (They are good judges of character.)
We are completely pleased with the job performed and I've already had the opportunity to refer Sir Grout to a friend. Thank you for a job well done!
This is an update: After waiting the appropriate time and now being able to use the shower again, I marvel at the much-improved look of the shower. Seeing what it looks like now makes me realize how much improvement José made. Again, my thanks to José and Sir Grout.

We had badly bleached (from spilled body wash) brown marble. I found them online, got an immediate follow-up call to make an appointment, and by the next week, they had been out and buffed out the stain for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them for work quality and efficiency.

Sir Grout and their technician Mario did a fabulous job making my bathroom look like new. I always keep it clean, but inevitably the grout in the shower needs replacing, the vanity marble has marks that don't buff out, the marble tile floor needs a brightening facelift, etc. Worth the cost! You will be happy with the results!
Jonathan did a fantastic job. Our house was a rental for 13 years and the grout and tile were a mess. He saved us from having to do a complete remodel. With patience, diligence, and a steady hand, Jonathan removed all the gross mildewy caulk, scrubbed up the grout, made sure all the corners were perfect, and double checked colors with me before and after he finished.
