This was an outstanding job from beginning to end. Sir Grout was referred by a friend, and I'm so glad I followed up. Sales Associate Leslie was right on time for our appointment to look at the work that needed to be done. She sent a written estimate, and we scheduled the job for three days later. Anthony arrived exactly on the minute accompanied by Leslie, who stayed the entire time to help him and make sure the job was done satisfactorily. Anthony was very meticulous both in doing the work and cleaning up afterward. They worked for about 6 hours with no breaks. The shower looks brand new, and I couldn't be happier!
Highly recommend Sir Grout!! They are super responsive and very reasonably priced. We hired them after our contractor did a sub par job with our grout job with our new shower renovation. Josh was assigned to our job and he re-caulked some of our important lines and cleaned up messy grout from the previous job. Josh did an incredible job and paid attention to all the details. The best. Quality humans. My contractor did a ton of damage to my place, leaving silicone adhesive everywhere. I felt not only ripped off but betrayed... I called Sir Grout to help me clean up the mess. Leslie (amazing) came and had a look, said she felt so sorry I had to deal with this, and told me they have a minimum charge, but in good conscience she could give me tips on how to do this myself in a way that would save me the minimum. Since I had already been subject to bad service and money loss by my contractor.
