We love Sir Grout! Dan got us all set up to clean our limestone tile throughout our entire house (three bathrooms, two showers, & two fireplaces). Our tile was never sealed properly and we had pretty substantial staining on it, in addition to staining on our grouting. We had a few guys show up that did a killer job! Everything looks like new, and everyone we worked with was awesome. We'd highly recommend this company to anyone in need for these kind of services!
Excellent in all ways. The proposal was done before he left the house and we scheduled the work for 3 days later. The 2 man crew arrived 10 minutes early and did a walk through with what they would be doing that day. After 90 minutes they asked me to verify the grout color before they started. All in all, very professional and courteous with an excellent outcome.

Wonderful experience. I called in several companies to see if they could clean my bathroom limestone, which is 20+ years old. Everyone else said it wasn't possible. Sir Grout gave me a different answer. Jasmin was fantastic at managing my expectations ahead time, letting me know what was and wasn't possible. He let me know up front that he could get my shower walls looking new but the shower floor would only be improved, not like new. I decided to go ahead with the work and he was right. I am really happy that I had the work done! Jasmin was patient, never made me feel rushed, answered all my questions and taught me the realities of living with limestone and how best to care for it. I would never hesitate to use him again.
Sir Grout delivers! Our master shower was redone ~15 years ago with travertine stone (walls and base). Even with routine cleanings, it was starting to show signs of wear and tear. I asked the professionals at the store where we bought the travertine who they would recommend; they gave me Sir Grout's card. After a couple of calls and emails to setup the appointment, Ann P arrived to review the job and provide us with a quote. She was very knowledgeable and thorough. She recommend only the services that were needed to bring the travertine back to its original luster. Jasmin arrived promptly at the time requested and was extremely courteous and professional. He reviewed the job and process that he'd be using to restore / seal the stone and asked if we had any questions / concerns. At the completion of the work, Jasmin walked us through everything he did and asked if we were satisfied with the outcome. Sir Grout was the most competitive in pricing and they did what they said they would do. Jasmin was terrific and very professional. We had a marble foyer, bathroom and hallway cleaned and polished. What a difference!
Ann came out an gave us a quote. She was very friendly and did a great job of explaining everything. We had three areas of grout deep cleaned and colored along with grout removed and re-done in a guest bathroom. Trey was extremely professional and efficient. All areas are amazing and I am very pleased with his quality of work. Trey even took the time and was patient while I decided in the best color for my grout. 5 stars for sure! My tile looks brand new.

Sir Grout did an excellent job on refurbishing my ceramic tile beyond expectations. The floor was put in over 30 years ago in a high traffic kitchen, foyer. The grout took the most wear from cleaners and foot traffic. It was discolored and pitted. The tile although durable was in need of a thorough cleaning. Sir Grout had all the professional equipment and materials to strip, clean and re-grout. Perfect color match. Needless to say it looks brand new. I want to thank Eddie, lead tech who was so professional, skilled and hard working. I would highly recommend Sir Grout for all you tile needs.
