We were able to set up a FaceTime estimate, questions and edits were made via email within the next 2 days and appointment for our service was booked for a few weeks out. I should have called Sir Grout first instead of trying a DIY solution and paying a handyman to repair (unsuccessfully) my crumbling grout. Sir Grout uses an epoxy instead of ordinary grout. It makes a tremendous difference. I had some old tile flooring re-grouted in my foyer. It came out magnificent. Trey was great - he went out of his way to find the exactly right shade of grout to use, so it would match the rest of the flooring.

Dan, the owner was helpful in explaining everything to me. We did a Facetime estimate which was convenient and easy. Price seemed reasonable to me, I called two other places and got no call backs, so I was comfortable going ahead with the work - essentially after reading all the positive reviews. The reviews were right: A TERRIFFIC COMPANY.
