I used Sir Grout for the cleaning and reconditioning of the grout in a large area of our house. The entire experience was very professional, from the first phone call to set up the appointment for a quote to the actual work. Ryan provided me with the explanation of the companies work process and explained the quote in detail. We established a date for the work and Carlos and Anthony were at my home promptly at 8:00 am. They explained how they were going to do the work and at 3:30 pm completed the task.

Our entire floor looks fantastic and quite honestly, I did not think they would be able to get it that clean. The grout matched our original grout perfectly. I would not hesitate to recommend this organization to anyone.

This is the second time I hired the company to refinish my marble counters in my master bath. Mario the tech arrived right on time got right to work and in 2.5 hours, my marble counters look as good as new even better! They recommended the color guard service instead of a regrout which saved me a lot of time and money. Carlos came out to complete the service. He was on time, polite and very professional. (I believe it was Kevin) spent most of the day in our less than large, less than well lit master shower. It has lots of grout and needed lots of attention. He was an excellent communicator about the process, kind to our small nosy dog, and went above and beyond. He cleaned a small teak bench attached to the wall in the shower. It all looks like new. Tre from Sir Grout Chicago did a great job on my 2 showers/tub. The grout was disgusting and there was lot of residue from old doors I had removed from the shower. Tre cleaned up all of the old grout and made the showers look like new. Tre and Sir Grout Chicago come highly recommended from this customer!
