My marble bathroom had some spots from when my nephew got sick on the floor. Ann gave me a quote which was a third the price of my other quotes. She was very helpful in giving me tips for some other work I may need done. The guy who came out did a great job on the floor although he could have been more careful with my door jamb and wood floor in the hallway. I still give them 5 stars and recommend Sir Grout.
I recently had the grout in the shower in one bathroom and the tub/shower in another bathroom deep cleaned, some grout repaired, corners and base re-caulked with epoxy caulk, and then sealed. The two technicians, Josh and Frido were friendly, obviously experienced, and worked hard during this job. Josh went through each step in both areas before starting to make sure we were all on the same page. He asked a couple of questions about the grout color and then made sure just before the grout work to be safe.
When finished, we went through both areas in detail and he explained the best way to clean both areas going forward. I would welcome Josh and Frido back if I ever needed any other work. I am very happy with both areas, they look like new.

We brought Sir Grout in to spruce up our master bath prior to putting our house on the market to sell. The initial sales rep who came out for the consultation was incredibly friendly, on time and understood our goal of selling the home. With that in mind he made recommendations on where to make our budget work best and even gave a few tips on things we could eliminate in the work order if needed.
The day of the actual service again, the crew showed up on time, worked a full day and was able to complete the work in a very large space. They took care of regrouting both our large walk in shower which is floor to ceiling tile work in addition to regrouting our entire bathroom floor. They showed us multiple grout options and chatted through what could and couldn't be done. Last, they fixed a broken tile which resulted in them having to fix the sub floor. If I ever need tile work done again, I will definitely call Sir Grout.
My husband and I attempted to caulk our master shower on our own. We quickly found out the previous owner or builder did not grout things properly. Caulk was used in places for grout and vice-versa. After realizing we needed to bring in a professional, we reached out to Sir Grout. They came quickly to do an estimate and had availability to come out right away to complete the grout/caulking. Prices were fair and they offer a warranty depending on the product used. Carlos who actually performed the work, was great and walked me through everything before and after it was complete. He was also very nice to my dog who was home with me. I'd definitely work with them again.
The repairman got here right on time and immediately got to work after going over the job with me. He kept me informed as he went along and asked my opinion on several things. At the end I asked him to change a couple of things and he did it without any hesitation. I would recommend these people to anybody.

Anthony did a great job on cleaning our shower tile and replacing the caulk with epoxy. Everything looks brand new and so clean. The price was very reasonable for the work completed. I would recommend Sir Grout.
