The bathrooms with marble walls and floors look like new. The grouting and caulking was well done and complete, the shower with marble floors and walls restored essentially to look like new. The workmen were thorough but complete, and left good instructions on how to care for the marble long term.
So far...great! Had a leaky shower and got a couple quotes to fix. The contractor I spoke with, suggested ripping everything out and starting new ($$$$). I gave Sir Grout a shot, figuring I can at least buy some time until I do the renovation. The virtual assessment was painless. The service tech was great (on time & efficient). Gave clear instructions on what we needed to do after and did great job on my marble. Shower looks great again!
I have used Sir Grout twice now. Both times the service was professional and courteous, and the end product looks great and is durable. They take the time to get the right color match. They did one bathroom several years ago and, unlike caulk, there has been no degradation. Still looks brand new. It's a little more expensive but worth the investment.
Trey did a great job of explaining the polishing process and expected results for our marble countertop. He also did a very thorough touch up job on the guest bath floor. We are extremely satisfied with Trey's work in our home. Thank you Trey and Sir Grout for another excellent job!

Mario and Felix arrived on time for both days they were assigned. Very open in needs for the repairs. Took all Covid precautions seriously which really put me at ease. Work is phenomenal. Three bathrooms and the kitchen look better than the day we purchased the home.
