We had a great experience with Sir Grout! Our master shower needed a lot of work. I requested a quote on their website, and their team called me within an hour to give me information and schedule a Facetime consultation for later that day. The Facetime consultation with Ryan was super helpful and detailed, and made me feel confident in booking their services for a few weeks out. Two team members came to clean, re-grout, and seal our shower - they were very professional, wore masks the whole time, and did a fantastic job. So glad we didn't try to do this work ourselves. Highly recommend!

Ours was a big job in terms of square footage and multiple rooms. Our goal was to get the darkened, dirty grout lines looking like they did 20 years ago in addition to deep cleaning the dirt embedded in the textured surface. Initially, sales manager Ryan Holley came out to size up the job, explain the process and provide an estimate. The job took about seven hours and the team of Eddie (foreman), Andrew, Chase and Juan worked well together. They were professional and accommodating. They gave us several grout color options and shared their opinions on the choices. Eddie and the crew made sure all of our questions were answered. In the end, the appearance of our large floor tiles look much improved. When it appeared that the buffing step was missed in a small bathroom, Ryan made sure we were contacted immediately and his office sent out a tech to complete the job a day later. That's excellent service!

Loved that he came wearing mask as safety is number one priority now, I was very pleased with the work. My grout looks great! He showed up on time, was very professional and answered all of my questions. He got the job done in a timely manner and cleaned up the workspace when he was finished. After taking the advice of some friends, who suggested that cleaning the chocolate marble tiles in my shower with a mixture of white vinegar and blue Dawn was the solution to my soap scum woes, I was convinced (by a so-called tile restoration company and an interior designer) that my only solution was to rip out and replace the "ruined" stone ($$$$). Luckily, I found Sir Grout! After an easy-peasy virtual estimate with Ann and an in-person inspection by Jasmin, who is nothing less than the Michelangelo of marble, I was hopeful my shower could be restored to its natural luster. The results were nothing sort of miraculous! Every aspect of the work, or more precisely: "artistry", exceeded ALL expectations! I cannot stop beaming from ear-to-ear every time I see my reflection in the gleaming stone!
