I called Sir grout to come out and quote us on a grouting service. The bidding process was quick and very professional. They recommended the color guard service instead of a regrout which saved me a lot of time and money. Carlos came out to complete the service. He was on time, polite and very professional. He even finished faster than the time he originally thought he would. 5 stars and I would highly recommend.
(I believe it was Kevin) spent most of the day in our less than large, less than well lit master shower. It has lots of grout and needed lots of attention. He was an excellent communicator about the process, kind to our small nosy dog, and went above and beyond. He cleaned a small teak bench attached to the wall in the shower. It all looks like new. Tre from Sir Grout Chicago did a great job on my 2 showers/tub. The grout was disgusting and there was lot of residue from old doors I had removed from the shower. Tre cleaned up all of the old grout and made the showers look like new. Tre and Sir Grout Chicago come highly recommended from this customer!
