The technician, Olen, did a good job. He took time to explain why and what he was doing and answered my questions.
Ryan explained the process clearly and provided a reasonable quote for all the work. Juan, Olin, Eddie and Trey did a careful job with both the quality grout in the shower and the hand-tool cleaning and polishing of the marble. They spent all day and completed the job.
We had a rather large job that spanned two days for granite/marble polishing/sealing and re-caulking/grouting in 4.5 bathrooms and the kitchen. The two technicians, Mario and Josh did an amazing job and you would not have even known they were there while working. The bathrooms and kitchen look as they did when new, 13.5 years ago.
