Tim was here on 7/18. He was right on time (a little early actually), finished in less time than was quoted, and did a really great job. He was really polite, answered all our questions, and left our large primary shower looking as good as it did when the house was built 6 years ago.
Estimating process was easy and efficient (we did ours via FaceTime). Estimator was very honest of what needed and not needed to be done. Tim showed up on time, and was very professional. Explained his work, answered all our questions, and left without leaving any mess. Highly recommend and will use them again for future projects.

Our 1950's era has been showing its years, especially our tile floors. Sir Grout helped us to bring these to a "like-new" condition. They also re-caulked our kitchen counters and bathtub to restore those. Sir Grout's service technician was on-time, polite, and hard working. If you need your flooring serviced, call Sir Grout.

Sir Grout came to our house on short notice to fix our shower caulk and grout, which had been leaking. They were very professional and explained the entire work order before getting started. They also checked-in throughout the process to make sure things looked good, or to confirm a grout color. The end product looks great!
