We had a tough grout job in our bathroom (first-time homeowners, didn't know how to keep it in good shape). Easy consult over FaceTime. Professional and polite service on the day of the job. Great communication with one minor concern afterwards that was a non-issue in the end. It will definitely be my go-to grout specialist in the future.

Sir Grout was at our house on July 29, 2022. They did a beautiful job. They cleaned and re-grouted the tile in our master bath shower as well as the floor tile in the master and a second bathroom. The primary technician was Eddie, who was assisted on part of the project by Alex. Eddie arrived at the scheduled time. Before he began, he reviewed (with us) the scope of the work he was about to perform. During that review, we decided to add the work in the second bathroom. The office manager, Melissa, is very professional: courteous, responsive, and efficient. The cost of the work was "pricey" —for our budget— but we would definitely hire them again.
