Liked the use of FaceTime to show problems with my caulk, and shower sweep too. The whole process was quick and efficient from start to finish, The person that came in to do the job, Felix, did a great job, and he was very nice. Not only did we have him redo the cock around the tub and replace the shower sweep, we also had him to clean up and reseal the marble tile in as well throughout the whole shower area. Everything looks great, and I'm sure it will last for quite a while. My Bldg. Engineer recommended Sir Grout to me, and I would highly recommend them to anyone else.

Jose just fixed a range of grout issues in both of our bathrooms. He was courteous, on time, and left everything totally cleaned up. Some badly stained grout looks perfect now.
