Our 1950's era has been showing its years, especially our tile floors. Sir Grout helped us to bring these to a "like-new" condition. They also re-caulked our kitchen counters and bathtub to restore those. Sir Grout's service technician was on-time, polite, and hard working. If you need your flooring serviced, call Sir Grout.

Sir Grout came to our house on short notice to fix our shower caulk and grout, which had been leaking. They were very professional and explained the entire work order before getting started. They also checked-in throughout the process to make sure things looked good, or to confirm a grout color. The end product looks great!

After a first attempt to refinish our slate foyer floor by two employees who found it to be a challenge, Eddie and Chris returned on June 10, 2022, to strip and finish it with great success. They were able to do an accurate estimate of the work required remotely using the Duo app. The office staff is professional. The technician was prompt, explained everything clearly. He worked very hard and did an excellent job. After completion, Chris cleaned up the work area and explained the maintenance of the tile and grout and the warranties of his work. Ann was a great sales rep, filled me in on everything, gave me a quote on FaceTime, and was very responsive. Chris, who did the most of the work was detailed, courteous, thorough, took all the time I needed to finalize a color, and did a phenomenal job. Chase who came at the end of the day to help finish the job did wonderful work sealing and whitening the grout on my 6x6 tub wall tiles. Sir Grout is highly recommended!
Phenomenal job! Chris was here all day. He was thorough, detailed, and did an excellent job. He took his time with me regarding picking a color to make sure we had the right shade. Chase came later in the day and made my tiles on the wall tub look brand new! Ann, my sales rep did a wonderful job with a face time quote, and when I couldn't have the job done for another 3 or 4 months, she never pressured me, and just asked me to call a week ahead of time and she arranged everything.
