We called to have Sir Grout come out for an estimate to replace the sealing/strip around the tub surround and to seal a newly laid cerarmic tile bathroom floor in my parent's home, which we were getting ready for sale. Justin came out the following week for the estimate and arrived at the scheduled time (he also called as I had requested, to let me know he was only a few minutes away.) He was very friendly and courteous, and reviewed with us what services would be done. He let us know that the job actually fell below their $350 minimum (he said we should have really ben made aware of that when we called). He asked if there was anything else they could work on to bring the job up to the minimum rate so we wouldn't have to pay for more than the job actually cost. He noticed the slate entryway when we arrived and suggested that they strip the wax and clean the grout and re-seal the floor, which would bring the total job actually over the minimum, but since we ere Angie's list customers, we would be given a discount to bring the price back down to the $350. We agreed on doing all three jobs for this price, and Justin was also able to get us an appointment the very next day, as they had an opening the following afternoon. (This was perfect as the house was going on the market a couple days later.) Jiustin actually came out himself the next day, again right on time, to do this job himself. The bathtub grout job which seemed simple at first, turned into a much longer project as the original owner used epoxy and cement to adhere the sealing strip around the tub. Justin put in a lot of time to remove the strip and all the cement resideu off the acrylic wall surround without scrathing it. We couldn't be hapier on how well the job turned out, the tub surround looked brand new and the bathroom floor looked great. We were also very impressed on how nice the slate floor in the the entryway turned out. It probably had not been seriously cleaned in 20 years and there were colors that came out that we were not even aware were there. We were very pleased with the whole job, and found Justin to be very personalble and professional. We would definitely use them again, and recommend Sir Grout to others.

To be honest, I was skeptical that this would make much of a difference. But as I'm getting ready to put my condo on the market, I need all the help I can get. The work looks fantastic, there is no longer any evidence of mildew or wear in the shower. And they took the time to match the caulk so it would blend in perfectly. After they left, I noticed one part of the floor where the grout needed to be fixed that I hadn't discussed with Dan during the estimate. No questions asked, Dan sent someone back to patch up the last part. Sir Grout was professional, on-time, and the price was exactly what they had provided in the estimate. I highly recommend Sir Grout.

Sir Grout fixed a problem with the wall tile above our bathtub. It is better than when it was new and they cleaned all the grout in the area. It looks great and I am very satisfied.

We used them for a large home project. They did a GREAT JOB! Our floors look like new again. Our steam shower and master bath look great. I would highly reccomend Sir Grout to anyone in need. Thanks guys for a terrific job.

The two young men that came to our condo did a wonderful job of cleaning and painting all of the grout. They removed and replaced all the chalking in the kitchen and bathroom. They were able to remove a build up around the base of both bathroom faucets. The place looks nicer than when I moved in 4 years ago. Thank you!

The final result of the project was good. A couple of problems were handled by the owner in a professional manner. He obviously cares about his company's reputation and does make a concerted effort to take care of customers, including taking care of any issues with diligence. I would use again.

Sir Grout is an exceptionally run business. I had my bathroom cleaned, sealed, and caulked over a year ago. It still looks spectacular today. Dan, the owner, truly cares about his customers and his business. It's a refreshing deviation from my typical contractor experience. I highly recommend using Sir Grout. One last thing, the Sir Grout cleaner is so worth the cost. It lasts much longer than you would think and it has helped keep my bathroom seal and caulk in great shape.

Dan came by and did the estimate with an explanation of what needed to be done and why. The shower needed to be regrouted and resealed after more than twenty years of use. It had been polished a few times over the years but really needed regrouting. It is a walk-in shower with marble, and even the ceiling around the light is marble. A week later another fellow came out and carefully helped empty the bathroom, as there was going to be more dust than I realized. He completed the regrouting, and vacuumed the dust, all in one day. The shower looks fantastic. This guy also left info about replacing the shower door, if I am interested. Fabulous.

These guys were really great! I needed my shower cleaned as it was moldy in some places and discolored. The glass block in the shower was also in pretty bad shape. Dan came by for an estimate. He's really nice, and he was quick and thorough. He even gave me 10% off because I found him on Yelp! When the guys came the next week to work, they were pretty respectful, and they did a good job. They came 2 hours early though, but it turned out okay. They also finished an hour earlier than expected. I would definitely recommend them! They were true to their quote, and they even gave me a lesson on caulking correctly.
