Description of work: Sir Grout cleaned, colored and sealed the quarry tile and grout in my kitchen / laundry room / bar area. I felt very comfortable with the salesman and he was great about answering all my questions and I did call him on his cellphone several times when I thought of new ones. Although this isn't a cheap service, their estimate was lower than another company. The other company though was planning to regrout which may be more work but we went with Sir Grout mainly because they felt they could get it back to looking great without risking tile damage via regrouting process. I almost got teary from how great it looked. There was nothing for me to clean up and I didn't smell any chemical odors. Although the charge to color seal the floor was only $60 more, decided to skip to skip since we were moving shortly and I wasn't convinced it would make a big difference even though the salesman counseled it would and he was right. I would absolutely use them again

I had Sir Grout do a cleaning and re-grouting of my condo bathroom and they were terrific. Ann came out to scope out the job and gave me a thorough estimate. She explained the process and helped plan the installation of the grab bars that we wanted to add. When Dan's team arrived, they were totally professional. No mess, no fuss. I had to leave for a doctor's appointment during the installation but they took photos of the grab bar placement and sent them to me for approval. Pretty cool!
The job turned out beautifully. Excellent workmanship and the bathroom looks gorgeous - I would highly recommend Sir Grout to my friends and family!

Ann came to my home for a complete inspection, to take measurements, and clarify what services were available. She made helpful suggestions and set expectations for available services, product information, job performance, etc. Her estimate provided a clear scope of service at an excellent value. She maintained direct contact throughout execution of the project. My technicians, Alex and Eddie, arrived right on time, were extremely courteous, engaging, and did a fantastic job. Once they set up their equipment, they walked me through to explain what would be done, step by step. They were focused on delivering quality work throughout the entire project, cleaned up, and finished right on time as promised. Sir Grout was also very flexible in working around my schedule and budget. This was my first time working with Sir Grout and I can't imagine working with anyone else when it comes to stone and tile maintenance!

I had no idea that the grout on my ceramic tile floor could even be cleaned. Basically, I'd given up on cleaning it myself, after many attempts with no visible improvement. I thought that I'd have to replace all of the grout and thought, "what a mess!" Sir Grout cleaned everything, brightened the grout, and "sealed the deal." The floors look new! I can't believe that I waited for seven years to take care of this. Dan and his assistant were professional from start-to-finish. It was a pleasure working with them. Don't wait!
