The bathrooms turned out great. Mitch (employee) did an amazing job with the grout cleaning. It looked better than when we moved into the place (should have been the first thing we did prior to moving in). Mitch provided me with directions on how to keep up with the clean tile after their cleaning, but this is what one should expect when you pay to have grout cleaned. What wasn't expected was the level of professionalism. When Dan came out, he provided a printed estimate within a half an hour. We set up an appointment and they showed up at the correct time. No 4 hour window. They respected our home and family and cleaned up after themselves. Give Dan a call. You won't regret it.

Sir grout came to my home and cleaned and sealed my master shower and also did the floors and the grout and also the counter tops. One man came by himself and did the entire job. He was able to quote the job and do it in the same day. That was extremely helpful since I work. The job of cleaning and sealing the floor was excellent. He also caulked the shower which matched perfectly and was much needed. The counters were also done and everything was done to perfection. The cost was reasonable and the job was done in a timely fashion. The young man that did the job was knowledgeable and friendly and at the same time professional. He came in explained everything to me about my travertine and about my counters. He explained about how I should take care of it in the future. I was so pleased that I asked him to come back and do my kitchen quartz. I would recommend this business to my friends and family. I was given an estimate and that estimate came out to be exactly what I paid. The job was well done. The young man came in the Sir Grout truck and presented his business card to me and at the end of the job asked me my feedback and told me to call him if I had any further questions or problems. I was very happy with the job and will call on his business again when the need arises.

Sir Grout is an exemplary company. I called them because I was unhappy with the previous company I hired to clean and seal my grout. The work looked great when the previous contractor finished the job; however, it didn't last nearly as long and I was promised. Needless to say, within a year, I was right back where I started.

My experience with Sir Grout turned out to be completely the opposite. The sales team was very professional, providing a detailed explanation of the work that would be completed at my home, in writing. The price was higher, but comparable to what I had previously paid.

Sir Grout's workers were timely, courteous, and professional grouters. They completed a clean and color seal of my entire bathroom including the shower and the bathroom floor. The finished work looked very similar to my first grout clean and seal experience. The difference was that is actually lasted! My grout looks just as good today as when the job was finished a year and a half ago. I also received a five year written warranty from Sir Grout, so I am confident the work will continue to hold up well into the future.

They did a very nice job. Dan was very honest and they were very pleasant. I didn't get any other estimates, but it seemed a little expensive. It could be that there prices are very fair, but I am not familiar with how much it costs to have this work done. Overall, they did a very good job. It looks much better and is holding up.
