Sir Grout Chicago's technician, Johnathan, did an excellent job. He was very thorough with the removal of the old grout and caulk, cleaning of the area and application of the new epoxy grout and caulk. He thoroughly answered all of my questions regarding upkeep of the new grout. The tub and shower look amazing now and, although the epoxy grout was more expensive than standard cement grout, the fact that it will last 4x to 5x longer make it well worth the money.
