Sir Grout was great to work with, from the estimate to the completion of the work. I was really happy with the results and glad we made the investment to clean and seal our marble countertops and marble mosaic bathroom floor. It looks bright, shiny, and new again!

My experience with Sir Grout Chicago was a pleasure from start to finish. John, the company's sales manager, thoroughly explained the condition of my bathroom tile and clearly described the services his technicians could provide to remedy the issues. Techs Jonathan and Tim arrived on time and worked efficiently to get the job done.

Before starting, Jonathan clearly explained what he was about to do and made sure I had no questions about the process. He and Tim left my bathroom and area outside that room in pristine condition. Nothing for me to clean up! My bathroom now looks as if it had a total makeover. I am very pleased with the work done by Jonathan and Tim. I recommend Sir Grout Chicago without hesitation.

I was a little uncertain about hiring a national type franchise company for my bathroom floor removal, but I wanted someone who really understood the grout process because my original installer, only five years ago, did a poor job.
