They arrived less than 24 hours from the time I called. I wasn't happy about the reviews of the franchised tile cleaning companies, so I decided to give Sir Grout a try. They appeared to be more experienced. My tile floor and grout looked like the floor of a hot dog gyro stand.
The employee arrived early, the 170 sq ft kitchen took about 3 hours to clean. The tile and grout now looks like it did when it was installed 15 years ago. Very satisfied with the price, it saved me at least 2 days of labor, not including equipment rental.

Our experience with Jonathan was great. He was prompt, polite, made quick work of our shower and it looks fantastic. Jonathan also gave us tips and recommendations for keeping the shower clean in the future. Overall very professional and we would go with Sir Grout Chicago again!
