Exceptionally professional from initial contact and throughout, Sir Grout is the model of Customer Service excellence. Julian, the assessor was attentive and knowledgable, after inspection quickly providing a detailed work order for approval. Juan the installation engineer was also attentive, expert and knowledgable, quickly working above and beyond expectations, proving that Sir Grout, their staff, (and their Shower Renovation package in this instance), are all beyond excellent, as expected.

Technician arrived timely. Was respectful of property and wore shoe covers. He accessed the job to confirm what the salesman had in the work order was accurate. While doing the job he kept me up to date during the process to make sure I was happy with the chosen colors. I absolutely recommend Sir Grout and Juan was a pleasure to work with.

Had kitchen, foyer, and bathroom tile floors restored to a more modern and cleaner brighter look today. Our technician John C was professional, considerate, and very neat in our home. The quality of his work is top notch, wish had done this 10 years ago! The estimator, Ann, was super knowledgeable and even more helpful. She is a big part of improving peoples homes !!
