Great! They arrived when they said they would. Did the work very professionally and in a timely manner. They cleaned up nicely behind themselves. A few days after they finished, my wife and I noticed that the foyer floor was not as highly polished as previously. When I brought it to Dans' attention he explained they typically polish marble to about 80% of it's luster unless the customer asks for it to be very highly polished. We did want it highly polished. Within a couple of days Dan sent Alex out who polished it up to our satisfaction. There was no additional charge. While I wish we did not have to have the extra service call, in my opinion, it is instructive in how Dan handles customer service and misunderstandings. He is the kind of person I prefer to do business with. I cannot too highly recommend Dan, the owner and Alex, the tech.

I was surprised when one man arrived to do the job. I thought the job was a lot of square footage for one person to handle. Anyway he went right to work and by early afternoon my floors looked like new. I'm going to have them clean the grout in the MBR and replace some tiles. Sir Grout did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them.

I needed my kitchen floor regrouted. The owner Dan came out accessed what I wanted/needed to be done. I did not like my kitchen floor before they added the grout, now I love it. It now looks seamless which is exactly what I wanted. I could not be happier. They also recaulked above my granite, and matched it exactly. Michael and Alex were on time and very hard workers and stressed that they wanted me thrilled with the service. I will use them for future projects.

Sir Grout did a cleaning and regrouting of my condo bathroom and they were terrific. Ann came out to scope out the job and gave me a thorough estimate. She explained the process and helped plan the installation of grab bars in the shower that we wanted to add. When Dan's team arrive, they were totally professional. No mess, no fuss. I had to leave for a doctor's appointment during the installation but Eddie, the job foreman, figured out how to take photos of the grab bar placement and sent them to me for approval. Pretty cool!
The job turned out beautifully. Excellent workmanship and bathroom looks brand new gorgeous! I would highly recommend Sir Grout to my friends and family! On the day of the work, Micheal showed up on time and ready to go. He was friendly and professional. He performed the work within the time quoted, even an hour early. Besides the fact that they saved me from having to completely re-tile the floor, the bathroom is now gleaming and bright. Excellent work.

They were great! The service technician we had was so meticulous. It's absolute gorgeous. We have bad hard water and it looks brand new now.

The technicians were very professional and explained each step of the process. They thoughtfully called to say they would be a few minutes late. They paid attention to details such as matching new grout to an area that was not being treated, and explained how to care for the refinished areas. After the job was completed, Dan, the franchise owner, e-mailed to see whether the work was satisfactory.

Don and Trey were wonderful! Very professional. When they left the bathrooms and kitchen looked like new. I am so impressed with the results. I will definitely use Sir Grout again!
