The marble floors and walls look better than the day they were new. The grout had turned black from dirt in many places. Everything is back to its original color. I had been trying to find a worthy contractor to regrout and seal my shower. The estimate process went smoothly and the woman who came to my home could not have been nicer. I can't say enough about the quality of work and customer service we received. Our experience was wonderful from working with Dan on a quote to the very end of the project. Jasmin is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his trade. I worried needlessly about it being a messy project and color matching our tile and grout repairs. Jasmin made the decision-making process easy, plus he brought a clean tarp making sure all of his work tools stayed on the tarp when not in use. I really appreciate that! Last Spring we were in the process of preparing our home for sale. We decided to have the tiles in our master bath re-grouted and were surprised how difficult it was to find someone with experience to perform the work. We finally found Sir Grout and were very pleased with the entire process. Their technician, Kevin, was very friendly and professional and completed the work on time and as promised. The tile looked brand new and they also did a great job on the cleanup. We sold our home in no time and I know the tile work was a major plus. Sir Grout was great!
