Cleaned, polished and grout floors. The technician, Chris, was very detailed and professional. Its not a big hallway and the bathroom floor is very small but the whole job took 3.5 hours so i felt like he took his time and knew what he was doing. I had a few email and phone conversations with Mary regarding the schedule, and she was very easy to deal with. Project was just completed and I am happy with the results.

The technician arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and proceeded to work on it. When he finished, I really didn't like it. The job was properly executed but I felt that it looked "messy". Not aesthetically pleasing. I immediately called Mary and she talked to the technician and he proceeded to work on it for a few more hours. when he was done it looked beautiful. Exactly how I pictured it. 3 or 4 weeks after the job was completed, I saw some discoloration that I didn't feel should have happened. I called Mary again and with no questions asked, she promptly scheduled another person to come and fix it immediately. The gentleman was prompt and responsive and even left me some supplies so I could touch up the color if I needed to do so. What could have been a bad situation was handled beautifully by Mary and she did everything to make sure I was a satisfied customer. My bathroom looks great and shows beautifully. I will most definitely use them again.

It went smooth. From estimate appointment scheduling and service delivery. The guys that came out for the estimate were professional and respectful but most importantly honest. I originally wanted my tiles reglazed as well. They told me it was not necessary, and if fact, gave me tips to continue cleaning and preserving them.
