What a phenomenal experience. I had a rush job request due to family coming into town, and the company sent over John first thing the very next morning, he was polite, professional, and arranged for Jose Tapia, his phenomenal stone restoration professional over the next day. Jose was fantastic, clean, efficient, and helped me out by pointing out a few things. Can't recommend Sir Grout enough, from my first call they completed the job inside 48 hours!
